Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis) - this ancient Chinese stimulating herb, awakens and tonifies the liver, purifies the blood, regulates metabolism, enhances immunity and relieves fatigue. A wonderful tropho-restorative for modern-day ailments.
Burdock (Arctium lappa) - a ‘blood purifier’ which supports lymphatic drainage; clearing skin conditions and irritations. Enhances the liver’s detoxification capacity.
Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale) - high bitter content aids digestive complaints and constipation. While additionally stimulates liver and gallbladder function, promoting optimum detoxification.
Globe Artichoke (Cynara scolymus) - a revered detoxification tonic, this herb stimulates bile flow; assisting fat digestion, lowering cholesterol and enhancing the removal of toxins.
Crab Apple (Flower essence) - This is the flower essence of cleansing, letting go and accepting yourself.
Please be mindful, I may taste strong. Start with 1-2 drops and work up to 20 drops (1 dropper full) up to three times daily. Drop your tincture under the tongue, in water, tea or your favourite elixir recipe. Best results are achieved through consistent daily use.
