Peony (Paeonia lactiflora) - this herb was and remains a highly esteemed women's remedy in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Versatile in managing reproductive health, this herb is anti-inflammatory and oestrogen modulating. Overall regulating, calming and powerfully revitalising for the female reproductive system.
Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis) - this ancient Chinese stimulating herb, awakens and tonifies the liver, purifies the blood, regulates metabolism, enhances immunity and relieves fatigue. A wonderful tropho-restorative for modern-day ailments.

To use
Please be mindful, I may taste strong. Start with 1-2 drops and work up to 20 drops (1 dropper full) as needed throughout your day. Drop your tincture under the tongue, in water, tea or your favourite elixir recipe. Best results are achieved through consistent daily use.
