Withania/Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) - more commonly known as Ashwagandha, a classic Indian adrenal tonic herb to support through times of stress, improve immune resilience and enhance sleep.
Green Oats (Avena sativa) - a deeply nourishing nervine tonic this herb is exceptionally powerful at promoting nervous system health, easing tension, and decreasing stress while promoting energy and a healthy libido.
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnate) - this beautiful flowering vine is calming for the mind promoting rest and relieving irritability and nervous tension.
Lavender (Lavandula officinalis) - used since the time of the Roman's and distilled by early European apothecaries, this ancient restoring and calming herb relaxes a busy mind, regulates Qi, and reduces inflammation in the body.
