To use
Please be mindful, I do taste strong. Start with 1-2 drops three times a day and work up to 20 drops (1 dropper full) up to three times daily. Drop your tincture under the tongue, in water, tea or your favourite elixir recipe. Best results are achieved through consistent daily use.
